Some stories begin with a business plan. Ours began with a feeling.
The Salty wasn’t built as a “project” or a “surf camp”
It started as a dream shared between friends who loved the ocean, sunsets, good food and the kind
of people who make life richer. Three humans, slightly crazy (in the best way), set out to build
something beautiful. What came from it was The Salty, a place to feel alive.

So… what is The Salty?
The founders describe it best:
“It’s a soulful journey where surf, community, and personal growth meet. More than a retreat
— it’s where the ocean meets your spirit”
“It’s a lifestyle disguised as a surf camp. Yoga at sunrise and wine at sunset. Saltwater and
sweet pastries. Laughter and silence. Play and purpose”
“A place to connect, recharge, and grow — with a community that feels like home”
The Salty isn’t about surfing well or having the best yoga form. It’s about living well and learning
through the process.
What makes The Salty different?
At a regular surf camp, you come for the waves. At The Salty, you come for something deeper.
You wake up, roll out your mat, share breakfast, go surfing with new friends, explore beaches, swap
stories at dinner, and end the night watching the sky turn pink. By the end of the week, people who
were strangers become part of your crew and you end up staying longer than you planned.
It’s balanced and real:
saltwater + sweet pastries
yoga + wine
adventure + rest
play + purpose
It’s not a place you visit. It’s a place you belong.
Who is The Salty for?
For solo travelers. For beginners. For adventure lovers.
For dreamers, learners and people who want to feel connected.
Most guests arrive alone, but none of them stay solo for long.
