  • Storage: Footage is kept for a limited time (typically 5–30 days depending on location) unless required longer for legal or security reasons.

  • Deliver the services you’ve booked.

Booking and guest data is typically kept for 5 years, unless local law requires longer. Optional medical information is deleted shortly after your stay.

  • Use of content: These recordings may be used in promotional, editorial, or commercial materials worldwide and in any format.
  • No approval or payment: You waive any rights to inspect, approve, or request payment for the use of such content.
  • Opt-out requests: You may notify us in writing before arrival if you do not wish to appear in media. While we will do our best, exclusion may not always be possible in group settings. No refunds or discounts will be offered for refusal to appear.
  • Editorial control: All creative and publishing rights remain with The Salty.
