The Role
Salty souls need salty soothing ✨ As a freelance Massage Therapist at The Salty Pelican, you’ll help our guests melt into relaxation after yoga, surf, and sun-filled days. From quick reset sessions to longer unwinds, your magic hands will become part of the retreat experience that keeps guests coming back salty + smiling.
This is a flexible freelance role — some weeks will be busier than others (10 massages in low season, up to 25 in peak). You set the vibe, we provide the space, oils, and clients.
What You’ll Do
- Relax + Restore: Deliver 25- and 45-minute massages that leave guests floating.
- Create the Space: Set up and keep the massage room fresh, clean, and calming.
- Personal Touch: Chat with clients, listen to their needs, and adapt your techniques.
- Stay Salty & Professional: Keep standards high — from oils to towels, everything spotless.
- Grow Your Flow: Stay sharp with your techniques and bring your passion for wellness.
