Meet the Peniche crew
Our crew keeps things flowing, from yoga studios to surfboards and late-night chats. Each brings their own story, energy and style, but they all share one goal: to make your stay feel easy, welcoming, and unforgettable.
Joao
João is our Surf School Coordinator in Peniche. He moved there in 2007 to study Tourism Marketing and began teaching surf in 2008. Certified by the Portuguese Surfing Federation since 2010, João brings passion and skill to every lesson.
Monika
Hailing from Austria, Monika brings warmth and calm to her role as General Manager in Peniche. She’s dedicated to creating a smooth, welcoming retreat experience where every guest feels at home. When she’s not supporting the team or guests, you’ll find her exploring local waves or enjoying the coastal beauty.
Ceci
Cecic leads yoga classes in Peniche with a calm and grounded approach. Her practice focuses on breath, alignment, and mindful movement, helping students find balance both on and off the mat. With warmth and presence, she creates a safe space for all levels to deepen their practice.
