Every Wednesday celebrate Sri Lankan flavors and wellness at our BBQ night. Using locally sourced ingredients and Ayurvedic spices, we bring together a feast of taste and culture. Enjoy masala grilled paneer skewers, tandoori-style chicken marinated in yogurt and spices, and vegetarian delights like turmeric-spiced cauliflower steaks and tamarind-glazed tofu skewers. Served with all the favorite sides, we finish with grilled pineapple and lime curd for a sweet finish.
