Our crew keeps things flowing, from yoga studios to surfboards and late-night chats. Each brings their own story, energy and style, but they all share one goal: to make your stay feel easy, welcoming, and unforgettable.
Jorge
The Salty surf coordinator and long-time local with over 25 years of experience in the water. Surfing is more than a sport to him — it’s a practice in awareness, presence and connection. His calm, committed approach sets the tone for every lesson.
Bee
Originally from Germany, Bee has been traveling the world with a deep love for Australia — but Portugal is where her heart feels most at home. Now based in Ericeira, she brings warmth, care, and intention to her role as our General Manager.
Emily
Originally from the UK, Emily found her way to Ericeira through her love of the ocean and slow, intentional living. Her yoga classes blend breath, movement, and mindfulness — designed to help you reconnect with yourself and the natural rhythms around you.
