I loved my stay at The Salty. I booked 11 days in a female dorm with surf and yoga and had the best time. The yoga by Sue at 7am was some of the best classes I’ve taken, the facilities are nice, modern and clean and the staff is amazing.

The Salty in Sri Lanka is wonderful! The facilities and location is exceptional, the staff are beyond friendly and the guests when I stayed were lovely, made several friends I’m happy about. The food was also really nice and the extra activities a brilliant experience.

I had the most incredible stay at The Salty Pelican in Hiriketiya! The yoga and breathwork classes were absolutely amazing.. the highlight of my trip. The instructors created such a calming atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences since checking in — the space is well designed, the staff is exceptional, and the pool is perfect. It feels like you are staying in a large villa, rather than a hotel/hostel, giving the experience a very intimate feel. The WiFi is also much faster here than many other accommodations within the area.

Really amazing accessible luxury chill feminine hostel experience if you go there alone you are for sure gonna make friends. The vibe is super chill. Everyone is there to help the breakfast is amazing and the girls there are super kind and all similar vibes. They also organize some pretty cool adventures activities like hikes and surfing.
